We optimised the homepage, category page and product detail page of two JDE brands: Douwe Egbert and Pickwick. We focussed on the structure and user experience and their places within the total flow of the site.

T-Mobile Thuis wanted new and improved information pages for the customers support service. The goal was to created pagina which are easy to scan so that customers can quickly find answers to their questions with in seconds.

T-Mobile Thuis is an internet provider in The Netherlands. I redesigned the landing page for their customer service. The goal of the redesign was to make it easier for customers to find answers to their questions online and to reduce the number of calls to the help centre.
The Perfect Wedding - Wedding planning tool
ThePerfectWedding.nl offers brides a free extensive planning tool, which has multiple functions such as a budget list, checklist, guest list and a wish list. My role was to perform a usability research, and find difficulties and blocking issues in the tool.
